While we do not accept returns on custom order(s), we do offer returns within 30 days from the time your item shows delivered if the item is of faulty workmanship.
There will be a 30% restocking fees on returns that aren't due to faulty workmanship.
Shipping charges shall be incurred by the customer in the return of goods to Chasing Js.
Chasing Js will pay for the shipping back to the customer only if a replacement is required due to faulty workmanship or error in the order fulfillment by Chasing Js.

Original invoice must accompany return goods in the unopened original package.
We recommend you insure the package, as we cannot be responsible for merchandise that is lost in the mail. Sorry we cannot refund the cost of shipping.
All instock item(s) usually ship within 2 business days, Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
Unfortunately we do not control or guarantee transit time for shipment. Packages could be delayed up to 20-30 days in transit.
